The clients have a new young family and they wanted to create a more useable garden which worked with the modernist style of the house and the steep banked garden. The Design dropped the level of the upper terrace to wrap the house in Ipe Decking with extended lawn area. Then running around new soft terraces with a cantilevered round deck and finally a Home Office with it its own deck, in the trees at the bottom of the garden. Top balcony also decked and planted.
