This impressive Edwardian terraced villa in North London was being fully re-configured under the guidance of architect Mark Skehill and the building team from Sygnet. The small and badly neglected front garden needed to be brought into this major refurbishment. A major part of the brief was to retain some of the Edwardian character but with a contemporary feel and to make the ground floor of the house as private as possible.
