A real pleasure working with these charming clients. A small enclosed overlooked garden where clients wanted to create a well proportioned outdoor entertaining and cooking areas whilst retaining some lawn, privacy screening and new planting. A difficult space to work in and made much harder with the terrible weather conditions: torrential rain followed by frozen ground.

December 20: Excavation and initial framing for Ipe hardwood deck. Working in extremely wet and cold conditions.

January / February 2021: Nearing completion but weather has finally meant we have to leave site until it is dry enough to do finishing touches and complete the planting.
